Through the process development phases of their career they have gained a good understanding of Lean Six Sigma, and have an affinity to identifying opportunities to simplify or drive efficiencies in operations and process throughout the supply chain, benefiting businesses and customers alike.
Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels both within their own business, customers and suppliers with success in developing business and adding value through effective written and verbal communication with C Suite Executives.
With people management skills in leading large and small teams, both locally and remotely, and a drive for developing people for their own and business growth.
