Holding a Master’s degree, he has a broad understanding of supply chains, gained from a diverse career that spans roles ranging from operations on commercial agricultural estates in southern Africa, to consulting on sustainable supply chains for various clients, as well as senior management positions in multinational corporations and rapidly growing SMEs. His extensive travel across over 40 countries for supply chain work has provided him with valuable insights into local challenges and the application of universal supply chain principles.

An expert in supply chain strategy and optimisation, he has designed resilient, sustainable systems that thrive in dynamic and challenging environments. His experience covers all aspects of the supply chain, including raw material production, global procurement, both in-house and outsourced manufacturing, logistics, and customer service. Known for his practical approach and commitment to continuous improvement, he has a proven track record of developing efficient, sustainable, and flexible end-to-end supply chains that support rapidly growing FMCG brands.

Recognised as a strong leader, he has built high-performing teams throughout his career, excelling in stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and forging successful partnerships. He is an experienced board member, having served on the boards of SMEs and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
