From 2007 – 2015 he held the position as Managing Director of a leading fresh cut, ready to eat, ready to heat manufacturing business in Ireland with international reach.
During his leadership, he successfully launched for the first time in company history award winning products into the UK retail sector, grew its business in Northern Ireland and successfully extended significant contracts with major retailers and successfully engaged and won new first-time business with discount retailers having realigned the business model to do so.
His time at another leading international business has been equally successful, as a member of the leadership team and leadership council, he was responsible for design and implementation of their ESG strategy aligned to science, the expansion of its retail facilities in line with business growth requirements, the successful design and implementation of product sourcing strategies’ centred around engaging with suppliers at source to ensure right first time and the winning of new business with retail customers.
