Experience of a number of ownership and shareholder types, from family owned businesses requiring structure and succession planning, through to private equity and institutional ownership requiring high level financial structuring, and medium term strategic implementation to create sustainable and marketable value for sale. Private equity extends from small and medium sized private equity structures through to sovereign wealth and pension funds. Experience to date has included businesses with turnover ranging from $40m to $500m and EBITDA from $3m to $80m. Workforce sizes ranging from 450 through to 7,000 employees.
High level experience of employment law, transfer pricing policy, taxation across on-shore borders and off-shore holding company structures.
