Having worked for some of the UKs leading foodservice providers, UK farmers and fresh produce wholesalers, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve the best from the products and the business that he is promoting and developing. Having managed major accounts with a sales value of more than £50 million he has a thorough knowledge of managing the profitability of all accounts.
An entrepreneur who has developed from scratch his own fresh produce business that won listings within two major retailers on a new start up product within the first two years of trading. After three years building the business and leaving it with a solid customer base, he sold his shares and developed his own consultancy that focussed on developing new and existing business for his clients. The client base consisted of various food suppliers within the UK. The client base included UK farmers and packers of fresh vegetables and salads, European and UK confectionary wholesalers, farm shops and visitor attractions as well as a hospitality purchasing group within the leisure industry.
After working successfully with one of his clients for two years, he was offered a senior role on a full-time basis and is currently working for that client. He now wishes to re start his consultancy and develop long term business opportunities with forward thinking and ambitious business owners and leaders. With a passion and belief that customer focus within any business is the key to success, he demonstrates this ethic in all that he undertakes.
