Over the years, he has refined his expertise in several categories, including five years in Flowers and seven years in Berries. This diverse experience has made him adept at thinking and acting quickly when necessary, while also providing him with a deep well of knowledge to draw upon when challenges and opportunities arise. His calm, measured approach allows him to analyse situations and negotiations with clarity, bringing much-needed perspective and focus to the wider team.
