MDS Conference 2026 marked a very special milestone as MDS celebrated its 40th anniversary. For four decades, MDS has helped launch hundreds of careers, create thousands of industry connections and support the development of future leaders across food, fresh produce, horticulture and agriculture.

Beanstalk Global was delighted to be in attendance, with Max MacGillivray having the privilege of chairing the conference.

What made the day so impressive was not simply the speaker line-up or the quality of the discussions, but the energy in the room.

Trainees, Member companies, alumni and industry leaders came together to connect, share experiences and explore future opportunities.

The afternoon showcase was particularly strong, with Member companies engaging directly with Trainees who may go on to become their future colleagues, managers, commercial leaders and business partners.
