He also secured investment to develop an AI-based SaaS platform designed to streamline the certification journey. As a member of the AI Value Creation Steering Committee, he played a key role in exploring how AI could be leveraged to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden, working cross-functionally across both the business unit and wider group.
