A well-known and widely respected Senior Manager and CEO within the agricultural industry with over 30 years plus experience with an outstanding record of business getting and delivery through his own efforts and leadership skills. Every business he has been involved with has expanded rapidly and grown, often when others are floundering. He is an active Nuffield scholar as well as in The Farmers Club.  He is a liveryman and committee member at The Worshipful Company of Farmers and uses these mediums to increase his network and gain from the commercial opportunities that open up as a result.  Outside work he puts back into sport and education at Harper Adams University and is seen as a champion of youth in giving young people responsibility, boosting confidence to advantage them in later life.

As a leader he is driven by his commercial acumen and drives from the front using existing staff, recruiting well to build good teams around him who buy into his principals.
