What can be better than a gloriously sunny day at The Great Yorkshire Show chatting to some truly inspiring individuals- You can’t help but feel farming’s future is bright!
Mark Campbell and Izak van Heerden from the #AgriLeader team at the AHDB, along with Max MacGillivray from Beanstalk.Global were lucky enough to be invited by the Future Farmers of Yorkshire to chat to some of their members at the Great Yorkshire Show.
They shared their thoughts on a wide range of topics and how being involved with the programme benefitted them, their businesses, and the wider industry. You can hear about their own leadership journeys and their passion for British farming. It is great to collaborate with such an amazing initiative and see the synergies with what AgriLeader is aiming to achieve.

Victoria Hudson is a great example of the talent that we see in the farming sectors and especially so on the livestock elements. She is herself a beef farmer as well as a practicing farm vet with LLM Farm Vets.
We were very lucky to be able to spend some time with the inspiring Show Director Charles Mills and gain his advice on Future Farmers and why they are so important for the overall future of farming.
