Beanstalk.Global and Management Development Services (MDS) initiated a webinar so current students can find out how MDS can be Instrumental to their future career and for fresh food businesses to see the difference MDS can make to them as a business. MDS provides a graduate scheme with a difference for the future leaders of the food and fresh produce industry. They are a partnership of companies that aims to equip young people with the experience, training and mind-set so that they have the confidence and ability to rapidly become senior business leaders within the industry.
Company Members of MDS greatly value the input that high-calibre people bring to their businesses that the programme provides. The diverse nature of the roles and companies that the trainees are seconded to result in the output of very well trained and experienced individuals ready to work at a management level in a career they have a passion for. We are very keen for the student population to hear the direct experiences of MDS from a number of key industry experts as well as how company members view MDS and the benefit it has brought them.
